By using DivineWalk – Bible Wisdom, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Use of the App

You agree to use the App for personal, non-commercial, and lawful spiritual purposes only.

You must NOT:

• Misuse AI chat functionality
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the App
• Use the App for illegal or harmful purposes

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

DivineWalk provides AI-generated responses for Bible study, prayer guidance, and inspiration.

• AI content is for informational and spiritual support purposes only
• It should not replace professional, legal, medical, or theological advice
• Users are responsible for how they interpret and use the content

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features of DivineWalk may require paid subscriptions.

• Payments are processed securely through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing, depending on your device.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled by the user prior to the end of the current billing period.
• Users can manage or cancel subscriptions via their Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.
• Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google (depending on where the purchase was made), and not by Navjot Navjot Pty Ltd.

5. Free & Paid Features

We may offer both free and premium (paid) features. Features may change over time.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Misinterpretation of AI-generated content
• User decisions based on app content
• Temporary app downtime or technical issues

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms and Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the App means you accept any changes.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if misuse, fraud, or abuse is detected.
